Michelle C. Carr-Crowe is the 4th generation of her family involved in real estate. Specializing in Marketing and CyberSelling, for years, she was Judy Carr's Get Re$ult$ Team Leader and Marketing Specialist, followed by joining Judy as her partner in Selling. Now that Judy has passed on, Michelle is the Get Re$ult$ Team Leader and Seller Specialist, assisted by her excellent team.
A licensee for over 20 years, she is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. Michelle first began as Judy Carr's Team PR, Sales & Marketing Strategist as well as her professional escrow coordinator. She served as a title search assistant and escrow assistant at Continental Land Title Company, and as a loan processor and assistant vice president at Century 21 Creative Realty & Financial Services.

The 3rd generation of her family involved in real estate, she was a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer in Santa Clara County for over 3 Decades, specializing in the Cupertino High School District, particularly the Lynbrook High School area. A True Pioneer in Professionalism, her Reputation for Re$ult$ continue to resonate in the area and bless families even after her recent passing in May of 2005. For years, she partnered with her daughter Michelle C. Carr-Crowe in exclusively working with Sellers in the Lynbrook High School Area, dominating this market for decades.
Zee Ghanati is a senior agent and associate team leader of the Get Re$ult$ Team, as well as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. Zee is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), as well as a disclosure specialist and a skilled and sought-after Buyers Agent. Zee has worked together with Michelle & Judy Carr and Lynbrook Buyers & Sellers to achieve smooth closings and great Re$ult$ for more than 5 years. Weena Shih is the bookkeeper and a key team member. She is currently a student taking classes in accounting and real estate, and recently passed her real estate exam. Weena’s financial expertise, no-nonsense attitude and perseverance ensure the team’s stability and secure future path.
Kat Sar is one of our directors of first impressions and a team assistant, photographer and staging apprentice. She is currently studying business and real estate in college, and expects to have her real estate license by the end of 2008. Kat’s cheerfulness, delight in communicating with people and perseverance in getting all of her tasks done well and on time are a joy to be around.
Bill Whitney is a longtime agent with 30 years experience working with both Buyers and Sellers on a variety of properties, including residential and investment. George Nelson is a seasoned real estate and mortgage consultant with 30 years experience in Santa Clara County real estate, working with both Buyers and Sellers. He speaks both Russian and English.
Steve Crowe is the owner of Making It Work, and the staging and home design specialist, crew supervisor and troubleshooter for all home sale preparation. He completed the RE Principles class and plans to complete additional coursework for taking the salesperson's exam—once Michelle ever gives him enough time off. Steve is also part of the coaching staff at Yerba Buena High School in San Jose. His compassion, generous nature and amazingly creative troubleshooting solutions to a variety of homeowner emergencies could fill a book—and someday they will.
Steve's crew members include Jimmy Frye, John Aguirre, Tony Aguila, Nick Aguila, Matt Ryan, Chris Cecconi, Kevin King, Antonio Torres and Zach Pyon.
Jimmy Frye is the expert "fixer" of the team and an experienced carpenter whose specialty is custom cabinetry and kitchen and bath design. He brings a wealth of skills to the team, including tile, flooring, painting, plumbing and electrical. Jimmy’s technical expertise, diligence and “can do” attitude have saved the day (and the clients) on numerous occasions.
Marlena Crowe is a 5th generation real estate legacy, as well as a real estate intern.
She recently received her AA in Liberal Arts from West Valley College and continues to currently explore her educational options. Her goal to become the family's youngest licensed real estate agent. She speaks conversational Farsi and Spanish, in addition to English. Her proofreading and no-nonsense, truth-telling skills, as well as the pride she takes in a job well done, are as asset to the Team.
Irene Surber is a director of first impressions, photography enhancement artist, home design technician, team assistant, and the database and mailing coordinator. She is also a notary public. Irene has just one more college class to complete to qualify for her real estate exam. Her creativity, artistic talents and positive energy are a blessing to all.
Jian Jin is a Buyer's Agent who speicalizes in Santa Clara County. She speaks and writes both Mandarin and English and also serves as the team's transaction coordinator. Jian’s careful attention to detail, competence and calming consultation skills are valued by our team and clients.
Vanessa Aguila is a real estate intern and college student taking classes in real estate and business law. The team appreciates her calm presence and professionalism.
